We love our location because it is centrally located. We are in between Seaside/Rosemary Beach and Miramar/Destin. Closest Beach from our house is Ed Walline & Dune Allen Beach. Both public access and free parking.
We love that you can see nature out of every window in the house. Lots of trees. We love the vaulted ceilings and the WOW factor of what we call the "Hallelujah room" aka the dining room. It is an entire ceiling of wooden beams and walls of glass looking into our beautiful yard. Truly an oasis. We love that you can be to the Beach, The Bay, Cessna Boat dock,Seaside, Grayton, Rosemary, Miramar, Destin within minutes, but able to retreat back to our idyllic setting of serenity. We love being near the hustle and bustle of all the action/fun, but equally need our down time, and retreat from all the packed fun that tourist season brings:)
We are quick 3-5 minute car ride or 10 minute bike ride. Our closest beach happens to be a public beach, which is a very big deal around here, "Ed Walline Beach". FREE parking. Ed Walline Beach is across street from the famous "Shunk Gulleys" (a MUST eat), and many eatery's/shops/brewery/coffee shop/boutiques. From our house it’s a straight shot on 393, just under 2 miles. Toes in Sand. Water like glass. Life just does not get better.
We have RV and Boat parking upon request-30' max.

We are from Colorado, came to 30A for vacation and bought a place within 6 months. We live here in 30A majority of time and rent out our home when we travel in our RV over summer and other Holidays. Makes for the perfect lifestyle, for us:)
Why they chose this property
We absolutely fell in love with this house. My dream was to have a ranch and a private big yard (both extremely rare here in 30A) and we found it! We live on a cul de sac so no through traffic. Very quiet laid back street and no neighbors in front of us or on one side of us. It's great!
