The basics

Location was good for what we wanted. The people involved responded quickly. The bed was very comfortable. Reasonably clean, the coffee pot had leftover coffee in it and a dirty spoon on the counter. The biggest issue was the musty odor.

Warm, cozy space

We stayed at this Vrbo on a cold winter day. Out our window was a beautiful sight: a snow laden forest with a winding brook. The bed was firm, the way we like it, and the heating system was noiseless keeping us toasty all night. There were cooking utensils, a small fridge, an induction hot plate, a microwave and a toaster which was all we needed for our cooking needs. When we arrived after a long drive I made myself a hot tea and relaxed on the big comfortable couch.I highly recommend this efficiency apartment for a very good stay in Eastern New York State.

Location was fine, but room disappointing.

When we arrived we were able to access the room without difficulty. Once entering, we found room was buggy. There were bugs on floor in bathroom and sink area, we killed what we saw. We had to leave to go to a party, and upon arriving back later, there were more bugs again. We killed these bugs, but we're unable to see the ones on the carpet. Given this we were uncomfortable to think of using pull out sofa, so my daughters used the air mattress that we had brought. Once they had bed made, we found spiders, not just one but two, coming down the web from the ceiling. Thankfully large bed was ok, but then saw the ants coming in and around the A.C. unit. Made sleeping through the night next to impossible. Got up and left as soon as we were able to in the a.m. Will look elsewhere next time we are in town.
