Perfect!

What a perfect stay we had. Gorgeous, comfortable home. Everything is in top condition. The location is perfection. Fishing right off the dock. Minutes from restaurants, shops and the beach. Walking distance to bait shop and ice cream. Communication and check in process was a breeze!

Pros : easy walk to beach, in general house was clean, beds were comfortable Cons: house is worn, only one couch was comfortable for sitting, pool was cold and dirty when we arrived it’s also shady most of the time, most of the outdoor furniture was busted or dirty and uncomfortable, exterior steps are only access to house and falling apart (parent note you cannot allow young children to sleep in twin bed bedroom because it’s completely isolated, no interior access to basement), basement smelled of chemicals (even after leaving doors open the first day to air out) because epoxy floor is brand new so we couldn’t use the basement of the house except as a pass through Host did address three main concerns 1. Pool was cleaned and heater started on second day 2. Dishwasher was secured to the cabinet on third day 3. Part of the railing which was the most safety risk (not attached at all on the bottom and rotting) was replaced but they really need to replace the entire staircase.
