A Comfy and Peaceful place to call home while you're away from home. Well equipped, safe, and quiet. It is located above our detached garage so you will not have neighbors above or below you. This space has a great layout offering the feeling of a spacious home. Relax while streaming TV on the new 55" TV and enjoying your own WIFI. You will have your own private Washer and Dryer located in the designated laundry room just off the garage. Oak Apt. has it all for your relaxing stay. Close to Galveston and Kemah Piers, also near NASA, Top Golf and Tanger Outlets. Near Hospitals for traveling Nurses, and UTMB for medical students. This property is centrally located between Galveston and Texas City, close to League City, Webster and other desirable cities.
Please note this is apt shares a driveway with the main house so parking is very limited and will only allow room for 1 car during stay. *Furnishings have been updated. New pics on request.

It was as advertised. Very clean All the appliances that one needs for cooking and eating.there are quick foods nearby and grocery stores within 10 minute drive.
