We arrived around 5 pm.House, was not perfectly clean. We have to bring our own towels, bathroom tissues, kitchen tissues and facial tissuesLiving rooms Sofa are not at all comfortable. Even pillow are very thick.Our experience in the cottage was fairly reasonable.

Yes it could be. Sometimes owner myself who is not young any more! have to take a break coming up from the Docks. #11 House is better more of Flat yard.

It is a beautiful location. The kitchen is very well equipped. The second fridge was very useful as we had a large group. All beds were comfortable and linens were clean but floors, bathroom and windows were neglected. Thick dust around the TV area and dirty bathroom door. The grass was long and looked like it had not been trimmed for awhile. The outdoors equipment for our enjoyment was plentiful ( 2 paddleboats, kayaks, canoes and a boat…) but not very organized , all lying on the grass, which makes it more difficult to keep the grass cut and trimmed. The host was very quick to answer our questions.Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and would recommend this cottage!

We cut the grass every week and always done so. We have sprinklers and hence the grass is lush green and grows fast. Almost everyone appreciate it. We dont keep kayaks and canoes on shelf. On the grass its easy accessible those who want to use it. No changes will be made from us if someone has a different opinion. Guests left excess smelly garbage which we did not charge them any extra.

Great spot right on the water. Enough room for all of us to sleep and eat at the table together. The water sports were great the kids had so much fun with them. They were in the water everyday all day. Would highly recommend. Great cottage experience

Great spot for our large family gathering

My family has a great time. Tomson was responsive. The water is great for jumping off the dock and swimming. The dam is very close and can look a bit intimidating but the water directly around the dock is quite calm. Do not venture out too far unless you are a stronger swimmer and can push against the gentle but very present current. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing fancy, but that’s what you want in a cottage, right? You really are in town and nearly everything is walking distance: groceries, pub, etc. It was a fabulous week.

Washrooms water pressure

Both washrooms don’t have enough water pressure neither toilets nor shower.

All cottages in cottage country areas will have low water pressure unless water supply is from Municipality. We have Ground Well water supply to the houses. maximum pressure possible is about 50psi compared to 120 in the City.
