About this property
Snug Chalet - Family-Friendly, Wi-Fi + Close to Mount Snow
This renovated 1971 chalet is a relaxing retreat with modern comforts for you and your family... complete with WiFi, a dishwasher, laundry, and a fenced in dog yard! The minimal, stylish cabin is tucked in the trees and set up for families and friends, pet & kid-friendly! Great outdoor living in the summer on the outdoor deck.
10-15 Minutes to Mount Snow
10-15 Minutes to Downtown Wilmington
Please note: if booking during winter or spring months, we recommend a 4wd vehicle as the weather can cause some tough road conditions (snow/mud).
KITCHEN
The kitchen is set-up for cooking & gathering. It has a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, gas range, toaster, microwave and a large central island. We have coffee beans and tea waiting for you!
BEDROOMS (Beds 1 & 2)
Two bedrooms have Tuft & Needle queen-size beds, ceiling fans, and a simple closet space.
THE LOFT (Beds 3 & 4)
The loft (accessible by staircase) is open to the living space below. This space has low ceilings. This space is primarily set up as a movie lounge, but works as and overflow sleeping space* (two twin beds). A 55" TV with guest Netflix & HBO Max is setup. We also have a digital keyboard for you to play on.
*Please note: If you're using this space for sleeping, it is open to the living/dining area below.
THE LITTLEST OF GUESTS
As a family with kids, we have some amenities for the littlest of guests. One of the bedrooms has a changing table and upon request we can leave a pack & play out.
FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS
We love dogs! We have a fully fenced in dog yard for your pup to play freely! We do charge a $50 pet fee.
WIFI
It's strong at 104 Mbps! Cell service is a little weak, but not too bad.
GETTING TO THE HOUSE
The private road leading up to the house is gravel. Please drive slowly and take care. Vermont roads can get slippery in the winter and very muddy in the spring, so we do recommend snow tires and 4WD.
