Cute property in the heart of the university district. Very clean and check in process was smooth. Just be aware weekends may be loud as you are close to Greek life. Great unit!

Parking was plentiful and easy. This unit is very clean, extremely comfortable and incredibly close to both the university and UVillage. We will stay here again. We loved our stay. Thank you Teresa!

Great apartment for our stay in Seattle. Good safe neighborhood, and we found parking each evening upon our return. It is an apartment, so there is walking around noise above, but nothing too bothersome at all. If you have issues climbing stairs, be aware. The entrance is a steep but short stair way up to the unit's door. Apartment is well equipped with everything to cook meals, and the bed is super comfortable. Great and responsive communication with the property manager, and they were able to accommodate our early arrival with out any problems. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!p.s. have no idea why vrbo asked "how was the winery visit" ... we give this apartment listing 5 stars!

This property is *very* convenient to the UW campus and suited our needs very well! The only drawback is that parking is quite scarce late in the evening. If you arrive late at night like we did, you may need to park several blocks away.
