Great amenities, they thought of everything a guest might need. Sparkling clean, super cute decor. And abundant wildlife outside, we truly enjoyed our stay!
Very cozy place to stay. Clean and adequately suppleid. Quiet neighborhood with local wildlife and beautiful scenery. Just a short drive to the river and recreation area. Plenty of local shops and restaurants. My family had a great stay and we look forward to this property having availability on our next trip to Georgia.
The house was very cozy and welcoming. It was clean upon arrival and ready for our stay. My standout favorite was the Coffee/Tea/Chocolate Bar. It was fully stocked and very nice of the host to provide. The house had all the essentials we needed and there was a nearby grocery store to get anything else we needed. Tons of outdoor gaming and tools for the fire pit that were supplied by the host. Washer and dryer was super handy. While there was a broom to clean up, I would recommend bringing a "Swiffer Mop" for any small cleanup as needed. Would definitely stay again. Very close Blue Ridge, and Copperhill TN, just easy to get to other places like Helen. Would highly recommend. Should be amazing in the summer. The clear view to the sky and stars was a plus!
the pictures does not give it justice. i was totally surprised upon entering the home. It was very nice. The water had a high chlorine smell, and I'm glad I brought our own bath soap. Could not get over the kitchen, we loved it! The coffee bar was awesome, but you need to advertise it, or I would have been prepared to enjoy more. My husband loved the shower in the king bedroom
Very impressed! Although I bring most everything we need. They had the home furnished with about everything you would need. We had a great week! Oh did I mention how comfortable the bed was?? Wow! Would definitely choose this home again for our stay. Cozy and comfortable.

Great Vacation Home
Beautiful home in a great area. The home was equipped with everything you need. Very close to Mccaysville, Copperhill and Blue Ridge. Plenty of nice restaurants and craft breweries. Less than two miles to Horseshoe Bend Park, a great little park to fly fish, take a nice run or walk, or just watch the Toccoa River float by. The train ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway was spectacular. We saw deer and turkey every evening from the back porch. This is the best vacation home we have ever rented.

Central to the Blue Ridge area!
Location, Location, Location is extremely important. This home is in the hart of all the fun to be found in Blue Ridge. Minutes from NC and TN. Around the corner to the Tocca River. Some of the best trout fishing in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Tubing, White water rafting, movies, shopping, and train rides through the mountains. We always had deer and turkeys walking around the house. We would stay again!
The location is beautiful and quiet and peaceful. The house is very nice and open. It has a lot of light and it’s fairly comfortable. There were some ants and animals kept getting in the trash cans. The house had a lot of stuff, but it was missing some things we had to buy like a dustpan and a swiffer. We had to buy some disposable baking pans and other utensils to cook with. The toaster didn’t wanna work and the front yard is very steep so if you have children, you have to be careful. Other than that, it was perfect.
The house was clean and well decorated. It had most everything that we needed. The only thing I wish I would have brought was some dish washing liquid because we didn’t use many dishes and I hated to use the dishwasher for what we dirtied. The location was amazing and full of wildlifeThe location is amazing and the amount of wildlife is abundant.
