The house is in such a lovely neighborhood and is close to beaches, shopping centers, mini golf, amazing food, Spectacle Pond, and so much more! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and the house was nice and air conditioned.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house had everything we needed, inside and outside. Plenty of room for 6 adults, 3 kids and a newborn. The pond down the road was a hidden gem, we were able to walk there with the little ones in strollers for morning time at the “beach”. The outside sitting area was great for the adults while the kids played in the yard. Vacation here was everything we had hoped for!

Beautiful home, set over 3 floors. Extremely well equipped and excellent outside cooking area.Comfortable beds and surprise massage chair in lounge which we all took turns to use. 5 minutes walk to Spectacle pond where we swam numerous times. Kids and adults loved it. No access to kayaks that are on beach but you can hire from a local company.

PERFECT

As soon as we saw this offer on the website, we immediately booked a holiday home. Very cozy, clean, has everything you need for a quiet holiday and a fun company. The yard and barbecue area are love at first sight. There is a wonderful lake with warm and clean water nearby, as well as an ocean beach 11 minutes away by car. We were especially pleased when upon arrival we realized that the owner and many neighbors were Ukrainians. It was as if we had visited our homeland. Thanks to the owners for the house, comfort and a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the holiday!

This is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods on the Cape. We love our lake and we enjoy taking walk there to swim, fish, kayak or paddleboard.

What makes this property unique

This is a unique and contemporary home. We have a beautiful outdoor oasis with a cosy setup and outdoor kitchen. The house has been renovated, there is a split AC unit in every room. Out master suite is one of a kind with jacuzzi tub for two.
