The Space:

Comfy living space with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has a kitchen, dining table, living room couches, and a tv.



Guest Access:

Access is through the front door of the 4-plex and then the unit is up the stairs to the right. Door codes to both the front door and unit will be provided.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood in downtown anchorage. It is about 1 mile from the downtown strip of restaurants and shops.



Getting Around:

Uber, Lyft, & Taxi's are all available at all hours of the night. Public transportation is also available in anchorage at certain times.



Other Things to Note:

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

Excellent stay! We thought there would be a full size couch per the online photo. So sleeping the 3rd adult in our party was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We enjoyed the location, coffee, great shower, and the view of the fall foliage.

We stayed in one of the upper units of this quad-plex. An older neighborhood but recent renovations along with modern and tasteful furniture and decor makes for a pleasant stay.There is significant road noise from the 3-lane road a stones throw from the property, but sleeping with the windows closed resulted in pretty good sleep. Not so good the first night with windows open. The unit was super clean and no smell or allergy reactions from animals/pets.Good location, easy walk downtown (1.1'ish mile) to great restaurants, shopping, bars, museum, & the ULU factory!!
