Sharice was a wonderful host! She even put up a Christmas tree for us since we mentioned coming to see NYC Christmas decorations! The property is the upper 2 levels of a lovely, renovated house in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy to train into NYC on Metro North for a day!

The property was clean and responsive to issues were prompt. However, there were a few things made our stay not so enjoyable, namely - 1. No curtains in the small room, so my son couldn't sleep after sunrise.2. There were number of defects, bedroom door was just about hanging by one henge, broken chester drawer and when plumbing issue was resolved the place was left in a mess should have been cleaned.3. Parking is a major issue, therefore I wouldn't describe it as having ample parking.

3-bedroom oasis in New Rochelle

Beautiful, clean and filled with sunlight, the 2nd and 3rd floor 3-bedroom oasis in New Rochelle was perfect for my friends and I to spend a week outside of NYC close to the action but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Half hour drive from Manhattan without traffic. This was the perfect place!!! Sharice is a wonderful, friendly and super-helpful host. Self check-in was a breeze. Parking on the street was doable but if you're coming back late at night you may wish to consider renting the driveway for ease of finding a spot as some streets in the area get cleaned 4-8am during the week (be sure to check where you park). Other than that we had no issues during our stay!!! Brand new kitchen had everything we needed and included coffees, teas, and a bunch of oils and spices for when we cooked. Beds were all comfortable, loved the desk & chair in my room for when I had to work remotely, and the coordinated throw blankets on each bed were a beautiful touch. Loved watching the squirrels (both grey & black) as well as all the birds outside the kitchen window. There was also an at-home spa service we didn't have time to take advantage of, but it looked like a wonderful option to treat yourself during your stay. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!
