The space was just perfect for our week vacation in Hilton Head! The room was clean and close to the beach. We could hear the waves all night and the weather was perfect. Beautiful sunrises every morning! We enjoyed the beach and pickleball everyday! It was great to have beach chairs and towels provided as well as breakfast items! Thank you for the great stay! We will be back!

Ken, It's great to hear you and yours enjoyed your stay over the Valentine's weekend and, by all means, come back when the weather is warmer, we would be happy to host you again. We offer a 10% Loyalty discount. That is on top of any other discounts we might offer. For instance, the 10% weekly discount would become 20% when you return. We love returning guests.

Property needs some basic maintenance which I reported to the owner after we left. Nothing we couldn't get through during our stay. With that being said, I wouldnt say it is a luxury condo. Nice enough, but just not for our crew with 2 toddlers. The breakfast groceries were a nice addition.

I hate to do this but I have to respond to this completely unnecessary 3 as a review of our property. What Janine did was one of two things, she left the place in complete disarray, did not take out the trash, did not do the dishes. Then she started to message me via VRBO a whole list of complaints which I knew to be entirely false because I literally checked out of the place the morning she checked in. She messaged me for three straight days. In each message she got more and more insulting and tried to implicate things like I have dangerous shards of glass and plastics on the balcony. She was just over the top. I had already decided I was going to leave a review to tell other hosts not to let her check in so I never really could figure out whether she was 1. Trying to cover herself for leaving the place in such disarray or the second thing 2. Try to extort money out in form of a refund. Well on the third day of messaging she said " I am going to leave a review, I thought I might give you a chance to respond. I did respond but not with any offer of a refund. I, instead, pointed out to her she never said there was anything wrong during her entire 5 night stay. I think she was trying to do the second thing which was try to get some sort of large refund. I am glad I left a review telling other Premier Hosts not to host her. She is dishonest at best. This is not an honest review of my property. While she knew placing any of the liable or slanderous information like the disrespectful messages she sent directly to me would result in her review being pulled this is a dishonest review by a dishonest person. Please look at all the other reviews of my property before you make any decisions based on this one. This is a total lie and effort at extortion.

This condo was the perfect place to escape for the weekend. The location is unbeatable—clean, well-equipped, and conveniently close to everything Hilton Head has to offer. What truly set this stay apart was the concierge breakfast items provided in the unit. It made for such a relaxing start to each day and saved us the hassle of a grocery run, giving us so much more time to actually get out and enjoy the island.Everything was seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay in a prime location, this is it!

My husband and I were traveling with our adult son & partner, to be part of a larger family reunion (with other family members staying at other Island Club condos or timeshares). This unit was clean and well appointed for our needs, with easy access to beach, and beach items included (chairs, towels, etc.). The concierge breakfast groceries placed in the unit ahead of time was very much appreciated, and we were able to tweak the list to accomodate our preferences. It took us a while to figure out the coffee pot, but once we did it, it was wonderful to have coffee and creamer ready to go. It also was helpful to be able to rent the space for only a few days rather than a whole week. Although the discount for more days was tempting, we only needed it for 3 nights due to time constraints. So it was great to be in the resort with our family, and in a space that fit our lodging and travel needs. I would definitely reserve this unit again if returning.

Overall, our experience was very good being that close to the ocean. It was wonderful to already have a few staple items in the fridge for breakfast. Really my only critique would be regarding the general cleanliness. If it were my personal condo, I would wash the mattress covers and the comforters more often. I did note that the clean towels smelled of smoke. I assume that is from wherever they’re taking them to clean them. Other than that, it was pretty perfect!

Everything was perfect just the way it was described. The fact that I did not have to bring any beach items from home was probably the best part about this condo! They provided everything from chairs to a big umbrella to a beach wagon to pull it all down to the beach plus beach towels. The only suggestion I can make is some directions printed out for the washer/dryer combo for people that are not familiar with those types of units especially elderly people like my mom :) overall A plus property with amazing views of the beach and convenient to everything.
