Great little place!

Clean, quiet and close proximity to town and CSU. Also, enjoyed the green space and river trail that was close by. 5/5 would book again.

Although it was just for night, it was perfect for the evening. Bed from first glance seemed like it wasn't going to be comfy but we ended not complaining about it all-slept great. Would totally rent this again when in the area. Close to everything we wanted to do and even though we drove it would be just as convenient to walk to our destinations.

The home is nicely updated and it is very cozy and quiet. The location is wonderful, within easy walking distance to Old Town and the Poudre River Trail. We will definitely stay there again. Our dogs were very happy with the accommodations also!
