It focuses on and functionality while offering a soothing and calming stay. Each room has been selected to host high quality, comfortable furniture, bedding, linens and accessories. Enjoy our complimentary streaming services, Netflix, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime on the 42" TV or get lost in a game adventure on the XBOX 360 with games provided. The South facing living room window is garden level and illuminates the space. The space emphasizes “bringing the outdoors in”. Please keep in mind that neighborhood quiet hours are from 10p-8a. The upper unit of this duplex is also a vacation rental and you may get footsteps beyond those hours.

Guest Access:
Parking will be in the back alley where you'll find a private 2 car driveway for this unit. Entrance is down the stairway just in front of the driveway where you'll be able to access the home with your own private door code.
Other Things to Note:
Being a basement unit, there is a potential for noise from the upstairs main unit (especially foot traffic noise). We prohibit parties and ask every guest of the main unit to be respectful especially during quiet hours.
