"Welcome to Phoenix II in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, where your dream beach vacation awaits! This condo offers a stunning 14th-floor view within a complex that stands out for its excellent amenities, including top-notch workout facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, and more. Situated centrally in Orange Beach, you'll be close to various attractions, shopping, dining, and abundant fun in the sun!

This two-bedroom, two-bath unit provides incredible views of the surroundings. The Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and TV with a Blu-Ray player, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a TV with a Blu-Ray player. For extra guests, there's a queen-size sleeper sofa available. The well-appointed kitchen makes meal preparation convenient, and the dining table seats six. Additionally, a washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience.

For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months vary between three or seven nights, based on unit specifications.
This property is professionally managed by Poole and Associates, and additional information about parking passes and house policies is available. Parking passes are handled on-site by the association, with applicable charges. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of essential items but kindly reminds guests to bring their own beach towels.

The room had an awful smell of urine and we had to clean the sheets on bed before we could sleep. It definitely needs a remodel. Will never rent from Poole and associates never again.

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

Condo was extremely comfortable. We had perfect weather minus the few rain showers in the evening. I would definately recommend this location to anyone wanting to experience a laid back vacation with easy access to everything.

Location was great, views were spectacular. Unit is moldy and VERY outdated for the money spent. Even the kitchen cabinets smell of mold/mildew. Lots of things were broken. Lamp in front bedroom, one of the patio chairs, knobs in front bathroom come off, toilet in front bathroom is loose. Both bathtubs have cracks or low spots making you feel unstable while in the shower. Needs updating and a deep clean.

Convenient and comfortable

A clean apartment with nice amenities, but jus a little dated and needs to be painted. The bathroom fans are noisy and you can't turn them off when the light is on. The exhaust fans didn't seem to work very well. The toaster also did not work. The apartment has a very nice large balcony with a great view. I would stay here again. There is a fee for parking which was not disclosed up front when making the reservation.

Fantastic Accommodations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Phoenix II 2143. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and perfect for our family of four. The Phoenix II building is somewhat dated but still well kept and perfectly situated on a beautiful beach. The only drawback was the video gaming room did not offer much in the way of video games, but who goes to the beach to play video games? Overall, we loved it. Thank you for a great vacation!

Furniture old and dirty, handle. In shower fell off day one. Bring lots of blankets to cover furniture and beds if planning on lounging.Beach view was beautiful from balcony but screen was torn from sliding door. Sliding door from master overlooking beach does not open.Just needs TLC update. Uncomfortable furniture

Comfy Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is as described, maybe even more homey and comfortable. The owners have kindly left plenty of beach toys that our little ones just loved. We did have to move some of the breakables to a higher shelf (between two couples we have a one year old and a nine month old!), but it was not a problem. Our one year old actually took his first steps so it was a very special trip for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Neither tub cold faucet worked. They spun and one came off in my hand and for maintenance too.Took 24 hours for maintenance to respond. Thermostat wouldn't stay at set temperature. Three of balcony stools were broken. One of light switches had tape over part of it, so fan and lights couldn't be operated independently. Hallway tub had many surface cracks in it and when standing in it, bottom felt squishy, unsafe. Very dusty bath fans and sprinklers. Lighting seemed insufficient for condo. Balcony screen was ripped. Other concerns mostly estheticOverall, very disappointing. Best part of condo: the view. Beware of staying here.

Moldy unit

Awful place unless u like filth & mold the smell was the first red flag hits u hard mold & mildew. Bathrooms awful shower curtains molded,shower rods & bar rusted. Bathroom table rusted shower tub sinks into the floor with you. Floors dirty turned socks black, dirty ceilings around the fans whole place is old & dirty needs an upgrade badly. No compensation from owner or offered by rental agent knobs fall off hot & cold water just over all very unsatisfactory with the unit period unless u like nasty then this is not for you!

Summer Beach Trip

We had a great time, but were disappointed the welcome packet was not in the room and the microwave was broken. Maintenance did come by and said a new one would need to be ordered. Other than that we had everything we needed.

Condo is nice

Condo is decorated very nice and generally clean, however living room furniture is very dirty with body oils and sunscreens. Furniture is very low. Ceilings around the fans very covered with dust bunnies.

Location is great

The furniture needs to be upgraded badly, very uncomfortable and very low to the ground. The couch is hard as a rock. The patio chairs are very narrow and very uncomfortable. The coffee pot is very small - 5 or 6 ounces. There should be a full size coffee pot. Everything else was great.

Very nice condo

The view was great. The kitchen had a good assortment of utensils. the repair crew came promptly when called. The area was very clean. the pool and cookout area was well maintained. TV in every room, but never worked in the 2nd bedroom even after repairman came. The front doorbell didn't work. The Bedspread in the 2nd bedroom needed to be washed.
