Host was great. Found out issue when water was shut off (water main break was obviously not something the owner can control). Place was very clean. We did have issues with TVs, as it appeared a weak Wi-Fi signal led to delays in show or downright being kicked out.

The check-in was quick and simple with the email that Juan sent us before arrival. The communication with Juan was very prompt and helpful by instant messaging. We tried to contact once by phone and did not get though. The apartment was very clean and in great condition with granite countertops and updated furnishings and decor. The sofa cushions were very soft so you would sit low in the living room. The tv in the living room was great-- I think it was at least 65". The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the second double bed was good also. The location was good with a nice view of trees in an open area and a pool nearby. The main pool was close also. Each of the bedrooms had a tv with Roku. The total amount of the rent was charged at the time of booking. I was happy with this unit and would rent it again.
