The second bedroom features a king-size bed and inviting coastal décor, while the third bedroom on the lower level offers a versatile full-size Murphy bed along with a dedicated workspace complete with desk and chair - ideal for guests needing to stay connected while enjoying paradise.
The second full bathroom is en-suite to the guest bedroom and has been beautifully renovated, featuring a tiled tub/shower combination - while an additional half bath on the lower level provides extra convenience for guests.

A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience during your stay.

Kitchen: Stunningly updated, contemporary kitchen with granite countertops. Amenities include smart 4 door French door refrigerator, wide electric smart wall oven with built in microwave, dishwasher, stainless Ninja coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, mixer, crockpot and blender. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Stunning dining area complete with gulf views, and seating for up to 8 with both dining chairs and a sectional bench with cushions.

Living Room: The stylish living area boasts an abundance of light thanks to its extra high ceilings and wall to wall windows with gulf views. Features include a flat-screen smart TV, cozy sectional couch and matching easy chair, coffee table, elegant accents/wall art, and balcony access with ample seating and a staircase leading directly down to the beach.

Bedroom #1: The plush master suite features stunning views out to the gulf, a king sized bed, futon style couch, flat screen TV, dresser, end tables and en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Features oversized walk-in shower, double vanity granite sinks and seperate toilet area.

Bedroom #2: Offers a king sized bed, night stands, closet space, flat screen smart TV and en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #2: The second full bathroom is en-suite to the guest bedroom and has a beautifully tiled tub/shower combo with dual shower heads, and single vanity with mirror.

Bedroom #3: Provides an additional room for sleeping and/or workspace. Pull-down full sized Murphy bed, desk, monitor and ergonomic office chair.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer and utility area tucked conveniently under the staircase.

Beach Closet: A large selection of beach gear, including folding beach chairs, cooler, wagon, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand surf toys.

Garage: Shared outdoor shower and covered parking space.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This unit comes with only 1 parking spot labeled unit C There is NO guest parking.

Within the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, breweries, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge and is a favorite for families to visit. It is just over Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
