The home includes a full bathroom on the main level and a second full bathroom located on the walk-out lower level next to the pool table room and futon sleeping area — providing additional space for groups to get ready and convenient access for guests staying downstairs.

The walk-out lower level provides direct access to the backyard and Mississippi River, along with additional space to gather, relax, or enjoy the game room.

Easy year-round access with off-street parking for multiple vehicles and a driveway that is maintained during winter months.

The home is equipped with a central furnace for consistent heating throughout. The main-level gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to the living space. Signage is provided to guide guests on optimal use of the fireplace to help maintain even heat distribution throughout the home.
