This property was a great home, very accurate to the listing. We had some wifi issues but owners were quick to respond and fix. Not ideal for infants, but owner told us ahead of time ao we brought our travel cribs and tubs.

I am sorry that Norell did not like the sleeping arrangements in our home. We provide lots of extra pillows and blankets in every bedroom and extra blankets in the living room. The bed that she says sinks in the middle cannot be true - the mattress is less than 6 months old. Most people that have rented since we purchased the mattress did not even use this room in the last 6 months, it is brand new!! There is a nice comforter on the day bed. It is for a twin bed and it fits. Do not understand her complaint. The second twin bed is a pull out for the day bed - it is not supposed to have a comforter. That is why we provide extra blankets and pillows in the closet, if they are needed. She received instructions where extra blankets and pillows are in the "Welcome Guest" binder - the closet of every bedroom. We have never provided shampoo or body wash for guests (allergy reasons). If she wanted this provided she could have asked for this and we would have tried to accommodate with a minimal fee.
