This secluded, cozy treehouse is perfect to relax in while just steps away are all the amenities of the famous Harbourtown located inside Sea Pines Resorts boosting beaches, biking trails, shops and restaurants.The huge deck features both fire pit and grill. Tucked away in the lower level, down the interior Spiral Staircase,( picture perfect but watch your step.. ) is a private work area. You will truly feel transported to a place of serenity.
After a day of fun and sun, this oasis nestled in the trees provides an ideal space to cool down, watch the deer go by or tune in to your favorite TV show on the 85" smart TV from the Old School ,fall asleep fast, recliner. Maybe you want to try the original Japanese soaking tub. You will love sleeping in utter stillness in either King bed away from the hub-bub of Hilton Head. You will be on your own island...Deer Island! Google it.. It's real.
If it happens to rain , there is a sheltered spot under the canopy of the house to eat or twirl in the hanging chairs.

Fantastic getaway in Seapines

An absolute gem of a property and perfect location! My wife and I, along with 2 dogs, thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in the woods. Elevated deck was perfect for dogs to watch the deer and enjoy wildlife at sunsets. Would highly recommend and our new favorite place to stay on the island.

Glorified Camping

No ice maker, no dishwasher, beds and furniture were awfully uncomfortable, washer and dryer are in basement, awful bicycles (1 with no brakes and the other one the chain kept coming off) Unfortunately overall we were ready to go back home.

We do not offer bikes . I left bikes at the house that were given to me, but do not put them in the listing because I don’t want to promise they be in good condition. People will use them and flatten the tires There is no place in the listing that offers bikes or an icemaker or a dishwasher. The house is a treehouse and a bit of a unique experience with fewer amenities than a modern new build would have. No one else has ever said furniture/beds were uncomfortable. We have had nothing but rave reviews on guests stay I have to think because it rained the whole time they were here that they were just unhappy guests. If they had expressed any disappointment to me during their stay, I would’ve tried to make things better, but there was no communication on this.
