What a great place to stay with friends and family! The heated pool felt amazing at the end of each day, the location was ideal and located near many restaurants, a great brewery, and close to the beach. The shower had strong water pressure and got very hot. The house had all of the amenities you would hope for when renting a place. Hosts were very responsive. We will be back!

Great House in Quiet neighborhood

The house was super clean and well stocked-met all our needs. The pool and patio area are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Location is great for walking to local restaurants and ice cream. Highly recommend for family vacations!

This house and host's were absolutely perfect. All updated appliances. Nice and Clean. The pool was absolutely gorgeous with a nice space for cookouts. The hosts were prompt and reliable. Had check in instructions the night before. Everything was great. Cant wait to come back next year.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time. This place was perfect in every way. We chose to drive everywhere, but you could just as easily stroll to several very cool spots nearby. The swimming pool was amazing, not only because it was super warm but also because after about 2 PM it was partly shaded from the sun, and by 6 PM it was completely shaded. Pair that with the fully covered outdoor table and ceiling fan, and we had the perfect setup for relaxing, laughing, and playing games as a family without melting in the Florida heat. We will definitely be booking with this host again. The location was excellent, the host was quick to respond, and every detail about this stay was just right. Thank you for giving us such a memorable trip!

Great Host Great Location

Best host of any rental I've previously had. Very reachable and responsive. Walking distance to beach, intercoastal, pharmacy, and numerous restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and nice pool.

Very nice property. Jonathan was wonderful. He gave recommendations on things to do and restaurants in the area. House was amazing and we enjoyed the pool. We will be booking this property again in the near future.

The house was great! Everything you see in ad is what you get. Place was clean and had everything you need. Sarah was on spot for responding to questions. Place was easy to get to and close to restaurants, shopping and beach. Would stay again!

Our Daytona 500 week

Had a great time staying here while we visited the space center, Daytona week, and the races. Met Jonathan and we even went to lunch with him. Great guy. He recommended several places to eat and we tried them. They were great as well. I would stay here again.

Love this property!

This house is perfect for my family! The kids love the pool and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own area. Love how close it was to the beach and The Dairy Bar! They also have plenty of chairs, beach toys, and pool floats for us to use. Wish you wouldn't have even brought our own.

Family Beach Vacation

We absolutely loved the house, the pool, the short walk to beach, souvenir shop, Pirates Cove Putt Putt and Mimi’s Ice Cream Truck (walked to both of these twice) and Starbucks Coffee. Our family is 6 adults and 4 kids, we can get a little loud, so having a home to ourselves (not a condo) was awesome! The private pool was also amazing and a great addition to our vacation with the kiddos. Sarah was very proactive and super responsive to messages. The family all agreed that we will be back!

Perfect beach getaway!

This was the perfect Spring Break destination with our kids! Walking distance to EVERYTHING, the beach, Starbucks, ice cream, and restaurants, and shopping. We felt totally safe and had plenty of options to choose on what to do. The house is beautifully done and very spacious. The host is very communicative and offered lots of tips on where to go in the area. We made fun memories with our boys, and we will be back! Thank you so much Jonathan!

We couldn’t have been happier with the house. The location was great! Pool was fabulous! Communication with the host was so easy. Response time was almost instantly. I recommend this booking for any family. I packed a lot of things that I didn’t even need to. The house had plenty of towels and beach and pool supplies. We definitely will be booking again. Graduation

Daughters graduation. Family gathered for the weekend to celebrate. Everything is close by. Be aware, you are right next to a loud road but when you are inside you do not notice it. We had enough space for seven, seating was an issue when we were gathering. There is a table outside you can sit at if the weather is nice. The showers were great, everything worked. There were air fresheners everywhere, I just unplugged them while we were there due to astmatics in the family. The beach is very close by! Jonathan checked in with us frequently and was really helpful with restaurants in the area.

Great little getaway!

The house was a great location, easy to get to everything, and felt very safe. It was so nice to have a private pool for the kids and be able to walk to the beach. Jonathan was a great host. Easy to communicate with, had great restaurant suggestions - many within walking distance of the house. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. He lives on property, but we never crossed paths. We would not have even known he was there if it wasn't mentioned in the listing and in his communications with me. A few things others have mentioned: lack of kitchen seating. The kitchen island has 3 stools. There is a large table with seating outside by the pool. An indoor dining table would have been nice, but it was not a deal breaker for us. Also, the plugin fragrance throughout the house was fine, we just unplugged them as needed. Overall great stay, and would definitely book again!

A Perfect Retreat: Beach, Pool, Ideal Location, and Great Host!

This lovely spot in Port Orange was perfect for our stay. The location couldn't have been better. We loved being within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants, shops, putt-putt, and even a CVS for any last-minute needs. Yet, despite being close to the action, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The home had a tasteful beachy vibe, was clean, and had everything needed for our stay, and the smart fridge was a hit! Comfy beds and refreshing showers added to the comfort. The pool area was the main highlight - a little haven of relaxation and fun. Jonathan's hospitality and area knowledge made our experience even more special. He suggested local restaurants and activities, showcasing his genuine love for his neighborhood. It was evident that he took great pride in his property, and this attention to detail was reflected in every aspect of our stay. Despite residing on the property, Jonathan respected our privacy, and we hardly noticed his presence. He was highly communicative whenever he needed to access the garage to take out the trash or to maintain the pool, ensuring that it didn't disrupt our vacation. We enjoyed strolling to various restaurants after a relaxing day at the pool. Sitting at the fun bar at Jimmy Hulas, getting craft beers at the Brewery, and enjoying some casual seafood at Our Deck Down Under are some close-by highlights. Thank you, Jonathan, for making our stay so memorable!

Perfect location for Daytona Speedway visit

Jonathan is a fantastic host who has a delightful home hear the beach and easy access to all the Daytona Beach and Port Orange areas have to offer. I would definitely stay at any property where he’s the host!

Amazing location, Great outdoor area, Easy booking!

The house itself is a perfect beach house, a super short walk to the beach (that you can drive on!). Pet friendly, kid friendly, we truly had a blast. The host, Jonathan, is amazing and could be the mayor of Port Orange! Perfect restaurant recommendations, got all the info on the neighborhood - great host! A short drive to Daytona Beach, really just an ideal location. 5 stars and can't wait to stay again!

Lovely house in a great location

We rented this house to celebrate my birthday with my sisters and spouses. The location was close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Our host Jonathan was great and responsive to any questions and even left a birthday gift. The house had everything we needed and the pool was great.
