Charming beachside vacation home conveniently located within walking distance to beach, dining, ice cream, shopping, putt putt golf and many other amenities. It’s just a few minute walk to deck down under with great seafood and the best views on the intercoastal waterway Halifax river. Also within walking distance is Jimmy Hulas, Dunes Brewery, Dairy Bar, homemade ice cream stand and Genoveses best Italian food and pizza on the beach side. Jan - Mar monthly bookings only
Located in a quiet family neighborhood with a large fenced in back yard and patio with seating, dining and gas grill. Front porch faces intercoastal waterway canal with the best sunsets!
Location is Daytona Beach Shores area just over the dunlawton bridge. Front of house is facing the intercoastal waterway and the beach is just a 2 block walk. House is newly renovated and fully furnished, ready for your stay!
All rooms include iPhone chargers. There’s plenty of board games and books to read. Weber gas Grill on outside patio in fenced in back yard. SMART TVs in every room include Hulu subscription. We have done our best to set up the home so that all you need to bring is your clothes.
We can accommodate 6 people. Please do not bring more than 6 people!
One car garage includes a brand new washer and dryer, bikes, beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and a fishing pole.
We have very high cleaning standards. Between guests we change out all bed linens including the mattress pad. In addition, all beds and pillows have zippered covers which are anti microbial and allergen free.
We can often be flexible at check in upon request. For check out we would need advanced notice if a later check out would be needed. Otherwise we usually have a house cleaner already scheduled at 10 am check out time.
If you are bringing a pet please be sure that it is 20 pounds or less and e-mail me with pet info so we are aligned. We are pet lovers but also want to avoid large or aggressive breeds and multiple dogs.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Return the keys
Run the dishwasher and a load of towels.
Be sure to leave the keys and garage door opener
Leave the kitchen door to garage unlocked and exit through garage door or front door. Press lock on front door keypad after you exit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I was born and raised in Daytona Beach and love this area between the river and the beach the most. I enjoy riding my bike on the beach, boating, fishing and spending time with family and my closest friends. My dream is to permanently retire in Daytona Beach Shores and continue this lifestyle as much as possible.
Why they chose this property
fell in love with this house. It is in a great location and neighborhood. The house has been fully renovated and most recently includes a covered back porch and custom closets. You can watch the boats go by and take pictures of the beautiful sunsets. This neighborhood is a quiet family neighborhood that is tucked away from traffic but still close enough to walk everywhere you need.

The most unique benefit of this home is the location and the quiet street. The house is newly renovated and fully stocked for your vacation stay.
