As soon as you enter our home, you’re greeted by vaulted ceilings in the newly renovated living room. Walk on through to the renovated open plan kitchen/ dining room, with sliding doors, out onto the amazing pool deck, with large picnic table and couch for 6, and a barrel sauna. Boasting 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, brand new whole house heat pump/ AC, your summer sanctuary away from home awaits. Situated in south west woodland, you’re 10 minutes away from Davis and UC Davis, less than 10 minutes from Costco and only 15 minutes from Sacramento International Airport. Enjoy waking up to coffee on the pool deck, a refreshing swim, and readying yourself for a day exploring the surrounding hills for hikes, the many many wineries (Napa and Sonoma are a short drive away), heading to Sacramento for its entertainment or fantastic restaurant scene ( the farm to fork capital of America), or just staying home, in your own private resort!

Hi, We are a little family from Canada and Australia, who moved to NorCal for work and the gorgeous weather! We are so pleased to open up our home occasionally for travellers to come enjoy our little slice of paradise
Why they chose this property
We love living in south west woodland. It’s so peaceful, and close to everything. The Bay Area and Lake Tahoe are a little over an hour away, Sacramento has an incredible food scene, UC Davis is only 10 minutes away, and there is so much beautiful farmland everywhere you look!
What makes this property unique
Our house is a classic MCM “Californian rancher”. We’ve made some great updates to the living, dining and kitchen areas, and the backyard is private and just like your own private resort. It has a large pool, very comfortable lounge and a barrel sauna. You immediately relax, as soon as you walk in the door. And will spend many hours out by the pool. There’s even ceiling fans on the patio for those really hot days
