The house is very nice and accommodated our group well. The area is gentrifying, and this house is one in many in the area that have been renovated. Garage parking for 2 cars was an added benefit.

This property is exactly what it says it is, plus so much more!! Our group had a wonderful stay in Indy with this as our home base. Everything is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped. We made breakfast a few times and had plenty of cookware and serving dishes. The dining area provides ample seating for large groups of 8-10 easily. We loved the living room area on the 2nd floor, perfect for movie night or watching sports. The weather allowed for using the outdoor seating areas (front porch and rooftop). There's more than enough parking (parking pad, 2-car garage, and street parking) if you have guests driving multiple vehicles. All I can say is, this is modern luxury and the location is perfect for moving about in the city. The owner was responsive and all the details in the home are well-thought out and intentional for guests. Check-in and check-out were easy. Book this property, and enjoy Indy!

Loved it. Very peaceful and quiet setting. Saw deer all day passing through the area. The river was full so we found our way to Big Rock Park and had a great time all weekend sitting in the Paluxy River. Would definitely go back

Great Weekend Celebration

The house was perfect for our family as we celebrated a college graduation. Plenty of space (more than we needed, even) and the layout is great.Communication with host/property management was very good, too. Very helpful. I'd recommend staying here, especially if you need a lot of room :)

Great location walking distance to State Fair grounds, quick and easy drive downtown. Host very helpful and kind. Neighborhood is a little rough but never felt dangerous. Having access to the garage was great!

Beautiful home

Thank you for sharing your home with our family. It was a perfect location near the event we were attending. The home is just as pictured and stunning inside. A lot of thought obviously went into hosting your guests from the handwritten thank you card and treats left on the counter to the extra comfort amenities offered throughout the home. This newer home is on a street with much older homes, some kept up nicely and others not so much which could be a little intimidating. But the neighborhood was quiet and near numerous attractions in the Indianapolis area. We had a wonderful stay!
