Waterfront property on Orford lake Estrie for up to 8 people with very sunny and located at 5 foot of the Lake with a 400 foots square wharf.
Magnificent views over the Lake from every room and located at the end of a dead-end street very quiet at the foot of mont Orford just 8 minutes of Magog..

Cottage furnished with 3 bedrooms for 8 people, with a bathroom included a ceramic shower.
Notice to the diver: best diving spot in estrie with 90-foot wall located 2 minutes from swimming. You can also go scuba diving snorkeling with your masks and snorkels around the wharf in order to observe the many fish.

The rental included free of charge use of outdoor SAUNA 4 seasons and inground salt Hot tub with lake view? Relax on our sunny terrasse including a BBQ, patio set and 2 sunbeds.

You can enjoy the wireless internet available anywhere on the property. The following boats are available free of charge: a row boat, 2 kayaks and 1 paddle with belts of safety and security kits.

What a cool stay. Close to the mountain, amazing hot tub, great view, toasty fireplace, THE SAUNA. Overall we had a wonderful time here, can’t wait to rebook next winter!

We had a brief but amazing two day get away at this lovely cabin. The warf above the crystal clear water and inground spa were wonderful. The hiking trail up Mount Orford is an easy walk down the street. The outdoor grill was also in perfect shape. We never got the chance to use the sauna, but it also looked to be in perfect condition as well.

Nous avons passé quelques jours merveilleux dans cette propriété avec ma femme et nos deux enfants. La vue est incroyable et l’endroit est très serein et paisible, parfait pour décrocher et se reposer en famille.La maison est très bien équipée et il ne manque rien. Le spa et le sauna ont été un vrai coup de cœur et ont rendu le séjour encore plus relaxant.Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous espérons revenir bientôt. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

quiet, cozy getaway

The property is an immaculately clean, 3 bedroom lakeside cottage with beautiful decks overlooking the lake, an outdoor sauna and hot tub. We visited with a group of 2 adults and 4 kids in the winter and spent a few days skiing at Mt. Orford which is less than 10 minutes away. The property was perfect for our group. The outdoor sauna and hot tub were great for relaxing after a day of skiing. We made fires in the indoor and outdoor fireplace. There are multiple nice hikes in the adjacent Orford National Park. Magog is about 15 minutes away and has all provisions you may need; Eastman village is less than 10 minutes away and has a small grocery and a spectacular bakery (Les Beignes Dora). The manager was attentive, helpful, and available as needed.

Chalet tout confort et reposant

Nous avons loué le chalet pour 1 semaine avec mes parents venant de France. C'était leur première fois au Québec. À notre arrivée, une explication claire et détaillée nous a été donnée pour le poele, sauna et spa afin d'être autonome. Le chalet est super bien fourni, tout équipé, même pour ce qui a trait des produits ménagers, serviettes et cie. La vue sur le Lac gelé l'hiver est superbe, d'autant plus avec le coucher de soleil, depuis le jaccuzi! On a passé un séjour très reposant et vraiment très agréable. Nous avons l'habitude de louer des chalets l'hiver, et celui-là nous a fortement agréablement surpri!

Magical Winter Wonderland

As we drove up the driveway we instantly found ourselves transported to a magical winter escape. A fresh snow had just fallen made the whole place even more beautiful. We enjoyed every part of our getaway. The overall property is lovingly and meticulously maintained. The sauna and jacuzzi are just spectacular, we used both numerous times and enjoyed having our own private spa in the middle of the woods with lake views. Inside we enjoyed lighting many fires in the wood stove and using the kitchen to make food we bought at the local supermarkets that are full of amazing products. The cottage sits on the lake, and has large Windows that you can watch it from. We loved waking up to the lake and seeing it change daily from perfect liquid to frozen. The overall property it just a dreamy perfect escape for any couple looking to getaway and enjoy some quiet time in a truly beautiful location. We can't wait to go back.
