Escape to the beach in style at Island Tower 1302—an exquisite 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo offering the perfect retreat for families and groups. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this beautifully appointed vacation home provides an ideal setting to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the best of Gulf Shores.

Step inside and enjoy 1,597 sq. ft. of coastal-inspired living space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family-style meals, and the open-concept layout keeps everyone connected. Start your mornings with coffee on the private Gulf-front balcony, where sweeping beach views set the tone for a perfect day.

The primary bedroom and the first guest bedroom are both en-suite and feature private balcony access with breathtaking Gulf views, allowing guests to unwind to the soothing sound of the waves. The third bedroom offers plenty of comfort for additional guests. Added conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Island Tower offers outstanding resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, Gulf-front fitness center, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading straight to the sugar-white sand. With just 65 units and only 3 condos per floor, this low-density building ensures a peaceful, uncrowded stay.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

We loved our stay. It was so inspiring. Lived the full glass windows, the master suite, all of the rooms were beautiful. We definitely wood come back. Loved the access to the beach and that they had canopies and beach umbrellas and four chairs. We wished we could have extended stay it was so tranquil. The management company was so responsive. Cannot say enough about the condo.

I had just lost my mom so I was looking for a peaceful escape and this unit provided all of that. The color scheme, the furniture, the king size bed, made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing.

We have stayed in several other condos in Gulf Shores over the years but this one by far was the best. Great location to local restaurants and attractions, condo had everything we needed for our stay, plus some. Great view off the large balcony with plenty of seating. Kitchen was very well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is beautifully decorated and organized. Impressed with how stocked the kitchen is. We loved that not only the master bedroom but also the second bedroom had ocean views with a walk out balcony! Each bedroom has their own bathroom which was a plus as well! Each floor only has 3 condo units so it’s not an overly crowded complex which we also loved. Only issue we had was the fire alarms malfunctioned in the building on our last night and the building had to be evacuated at 2:30am but other than that, we had the best stay!

Amazing Vacation Property!

Everything about this property is amazing. The quality of the furnishings and fully stocked kitchen were all top notch! I can’t say enough about the large outdoor balcony and the incredible view! I could go on and on… I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far the best!

The property was very clean. The parking was excellent and convenient. The location was also convenient as we were right on the beach and it was a short distance to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!

Great location!

We had a great time! Location is perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. We especially loved the furniture on the balcony for lounging while we weren’t on the beach.

Amazing!

Had a great stay here at Wilsons Retreat! Our group went down there for a little getaway and had an amazing time! Great location (walking distance to everything you need) and beautiful views. The condo was wonderfully furnished with outstanding amenities. We will definitely be back here again and I would recommend to anyone!
