Leaving doors open or luggage outside allows outdoor bugs to hitch a ride in. The insect you saw came in from the outside on your bags, but we still had pest control there immediately. AC: Mechanical components break down unexpectedly in any home. As soon as you reported the issue, an AC tech arrived within the hour and fixed it in 30 minutes.
