Beautiful neighborhood!

Stayed for a ladies trip during Cherry Blossom Peak Weekend. The location is safe, quiet and walking distance to great restaurants. There is a Metro Rail about 10 minutes away walking and very close to the Eastern Market, which I highly recommend, esp on a weekend. We would stay here again.

Great basecamp for DC stay

Our scout troop had a fabulous time in DC. The double apartments were great to split the males and females. The proximity to Eastern Market was great to get to the Metro. I loved staying on Capital hill.

Outstanding!

This is an excellent facility in a great neighborhood. The house is very clean and well kept. I will be staying here again if available. PS - The Eastern Mkt access is wonderful.

This was our second stay at this property but this time we had both units...previously we had the 2nd floor unit. Once again, we were pleased with the accommodations. The first floor unit is a little smaller than the 2nd floor unit but both units worked out great for all of us especially since we were in and out with wedding weekend events. The Capitol Hill location can't be beat for us as it's close to our family, Eastern Market, and other DC attractions. The communication with Monica was great and she was able to get us a second parking pass as we had two cars to park. We will definitely consider staying here again.
