I can excuse the lack of cleanliness because we asked to come in before the check-in time so he didn’t have enough time to accurately clean the property, but each of the bedrooms were on a different story and it was a bunch of stairs. There was absolutely no parking the restroom that I had had the sink in the shower. I was very disappointed.

All of the pictures of the bedrooms are listed on VRBO, including the bathroom that the guest mentioned and pictures of the stairs. The guests should have checked the photos before deciding to book. The guests requested an early check-in and asked about the parking situation past 10PM, which they should have investigated themselves. I strived to clean the suite so that they could check in two hours earlier (without any additional charge) and also answered their questions at night. Instead of seeing appreciation for my effort and favor, I only see their review about issues that they should have been accountable for. They started text conversation with me by saying that they could not access the instructions on VRBO, making me communicate to them information that they should have had, which is not my fault. Also, they left a huge pile of food behind and increased the cleaning load by doing so.
