Long Weekend Trip

My group of 11 stayed for a bachelorette trip and it was perfect! We all slept SUPER comfortably and were very accommodated throughout the stay. The house is so nice and perfect for a group! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

My family throughly enjoyed our stay at this property and was thankful for the heated pool as it was cold during our stay. Great home for large parties/families. The golf cart was a nice touch and made getting to the beach easy. They even made sure that an electronic that was left behind was shipped to our home.

Delightful girls weekend

We rented this property for a girls trip in October 2025. It was perfect for our group and well appointed. When we reached out to the management company about a minor issue they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue, The golf cart is great for the short trip to the beach. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Location, exceptionally well furnished, This home is a 10!

The home is close to Seaside, maybe 5 blocks out. Close to the beach and private. The manager of the home was fantastic, they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Home was exceptionally well furnished. The owners really went to great lengths to anticipate any guest needs. Pool, wonderful, firepit, wonderful, and loved the golf cart to get back and forth to the beach Highest recommendations possible.

The perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, the service was fantastic and the location is wonderful. A very quick golf cart ride to easy beach access. Each bedroom was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay for all of us. The patio was cozy and the pool was great. We loved the back door alarm system that gave us extra protection with the little ones. We highly recommend! Thank you!

Perfect Family Getaway!!!

This was exactly what our family needed! The space fit us perfect and the kids loved the pool and bunk room. The location was great with a short fun ride on the 6-Seater Golf Cart. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed as well. Definitely plan to revisit! Thank you for creating this experience for my family!

The house is nice and clean with good beach access. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bunk room was very nice with a big en-suite bathroom. There are no bedrooms on the 1st floor and one of the masters is on the 3rd floor which was a hike. We were disappointed the house did not come with the bikes that are pictured. I’ve never rented a house on 30A that did not include bikes. It cost us several hundred dollars to rent them. There is also a new house being built directly across the street and the construction woke us up every morning and our driveway was blocked multiple times by large trucks.

hey Jon, thanks for staying, we do not advertise this house with bikes and we do not charge extra hundreds of dollars for bikes that many guests don’t want. we do supply a $1000 per week golf cart that guests love. hard to see how we only get a 4 star review on this FANTASTIC home because of an amenity that we don’t advertise or have provide. Disappointed with that review, i think it’s the only non 5 star this home has recieved.
