Great stay

Marcus was awesome the unit was clean and furnished, the pool was fun. Marcus was always available for questions, and it is in a great location central to pretty much anything you need. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Clean and comfortable

I spent several days in Turlock to visit family and this place was just the right size for one person; very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Marcus responded promptly to my questions.The only slight correction I would make to the description is the location is closer to the Cal State campus at the north end of Turlock, rather than the hospital. But not a big deal, as the town is small.

I wish I could stay more!

I was glad to have the opportunity to stay again in this nice studio apartment in Turlock, and it did not disappoint. The host, Marcus is very responsive to inquiries and questions on the VRBO site and the "check in" and "check out" processes could not be easier! It basically feels like a personal apartment that I'm coming home to when I visit! The welcome waters and snacks on the counter have been such a relief after a long day of travel and driving. This is the perfect place to stay when in Turlock and it would be super handy for parents who want to visit their college students at the local Stanislaus State University, which is right there so close to the unit. I use it when I'm in town to work at Emanuel Hospital and the drive is pleasant and easy to and from the unit. Thank you Marcus for providing this comfortable resource in Turlock, and for your helpful hospitality!

A perfect stay for a work trip!

This little studio is perfect in every way! Very well supplied with everything you need to be comfortable and functional while out of town! Everything was in working order and impeccably clean and well maintained. The decor is beautiful and comfortable and I was impressed that such a small place could have so many windows which made it all the better to let in light if you want, but double shades to provide plenty of privacy and darkness as needed. The bathtub was deep and comfortable and the shower provided plenty of pressure. I appreciated the overhead fans above the bed and the dining table which kept air circulating and refreshing! I enjoyed the tropical and clean pool area between my work shifts. It was a great location and close to everything, in fact I joked that no matter where I went in Turlock, I was only "6 minutes away!". It was a perfect location for working at Emanuel Medical center and if I need to be in town ever again, I will be hoping that this wonderful studio is available!!!
