This is the second time we’ve stayed and we are coming back in June! The place is very clean & Richard, the host, always checks to see if we need anything. We love the apt and just wish it was available every time we’re in Indiana. It’s a nice location, very safe & convenient. The private entry is also very nice. Thanks for another great stay!

Stayed here for the Alliance Nationals softball tournament. Great spot with easy commute to Grand Park in Westfield. Really enjoyed the local food spots on the square!

Great place. I'm glad I stayed there. I could occasionally hear the murmur of a TV from the other side of a door that connects to the owners' quarters, and a dog barked a few times, but it wasn't a problem at all. By bedtime, everything was completely quiet. The place is spacious and very clean. The location is just a couple of blocks from the downtown, which has lots of great restaurants. The parking on the street was easy and felt very safe. This was my first time to Noblesville, and I enjoyed it. I plan to return, and I hope the place is available again!

This apartment was perfect for the two of us. It was great to walk to restaurants and shops.It was accurately depicted, the bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean, the notebook with restaurant menus was extremely helpful, the barn door divider was awesome, the host was so accommodating…a place we would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying here. They made some updates since the last time and they did a great job, creating a little more privacy if needed. It’s a perfect distance from downtown, a lot of really great places within walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment! Very clean, nicely appointed, super comfy bed and room-darkening curtains, all very much appreciated. Scripture verses framed throughout the space brought great comfort! Nice, quiet location and quick walk to downtown Noblesville for an early morning stroll and breakfast. Will stay here again!
