Welcome to Creek-Side camping! Why stay in a typical hotel room when you can have your very own Forest River Sandpiper fifth wheel along with the magnificent sound of a Smoky Mountain stream? Located in the heart of Outdoor Resort at Gatlinburg, a gated camping community just minutes from Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain Attractions, awaits your next mountain adventure. The resort has 2 pools, game room with a pool table and multiple arcade games, miniature golf, shuffleboard, children’s playground, picnic areas, basketball court, horseshoes, & stocked fishing pond.

The camper is one bedroom with a queen bed and a RV size sofa sleeper so it’s perfect for a couple, anniversaries, honeymoons, or a small family.

Enjoy all the major attractions that Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and the Smoky Mountain has to offer! From horseback riding, hiking trails and waterfalls, Zip-lining, shopping, arts and crafts, meeting local artists, dinner/show or a fun day at Dollywood/Splash Country… there’s something for everyone!

After a long day of adventures, come home and relax. Enjoy the fire-pit overlooking the stream and listening to the beautiful sounds of nature. Don’t forget to roast up a few good old fashion s’mores too! Then when you’re ready to come inside and unwind, feel the comfort of the open concept living room/kitchen/dining area! The living room features a flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. The chef in you will surely appreciate the fully stocked kitchen for all your romantic dinners or BBQ on the outdoor grill! The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and TV. Next to the bedroom is the full bathroom with a shower.

You can also simply enjoy all the amenities in the campground. Relax at the swimming pool or play a few arcade games or rounds of pool. Don’t miss out on the miniature golf course and battle it out to see who has to do the dishes. Also, bring your fishing pool along for the ride and walk to the pond to catch some fish! (Catch and release)

We do have WiFi, however around Gatlinburg and the Smoky mountains, a good WiFi connection is not always guaranteed. Relax soak in that much needed quality time with your loved ones. Besides, isn’t that what vacation is all about? Creek-side is a simple yet cozy camper to relax and enjoy the basics of life. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
25+ years of age (strictly enforced)
Provide the names and ages of all folks staying at the camper.

SMOKING POLICY: Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed. If you smoke or vape inside the camper you will be told to leave immediately with no refund and charged a $500 fee to have the camper professionally cleaned to remove the smoke smell.

NO PETS POLICY: Absolutely no pets allowed. If a pet is discovered you will be told to leave immediately with no refund.

100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. ABSOLUTELY NO MONETARY REFUND FOR ANY REASON! This includes adverse weather conditions, acts of God, mechanical failures at the cabin or the resort, any health/personal reasons, any events outside of our control such as disease or government actions, no shows or shortened stays. We strongly advise that you purchase a cancellation/travel insurance for your peace of mind. This is the best way to protect your investments as we DO NOT offer refunds with less than 30 days notice. For a fraction of the cost Travel insurance is available for your purchase during your booking process.
