We have stayed here several times and always enjoy our stay! We love the house and location is great close to the beaches and shops! Already booked for 2026!
This is the third or fourth time my daughter my three grandchildren have rented this property and loved it each time! Very clean, cozy and comfortable! The location is central to everything and we plan renting again next year!!!
Second time booking this adorable house in cape May! it's clean, updated and close to everything! Went with my daughter and three grandchildren and we had a blast!
This sweet house was perfectly located for rides to the beach, farmer's markets, wineries and the Washington Commons. The house was clean, with a well appointed kitchen and just as adorable as the photos indicate.

Thank you for your comment. All of this information was clearly stated on the website and in the lease agreement. In the future, we will make these details more visible and transparent by sending each tenant a checklist.
I have no issue with cleaning a place after I stay there but being told to mop floors especially when no mop provided.
Bringing blankets was a pain. COVID-19 does not hide in blankets!
Overall it’s a great place for a small group.
Very nice place. Centrally located. Hope to come back next year.
fully stocked kitchen, lots of pots and pans, large bowls for salads, serving spoons, nice coffee maker and toaster. Not every rental that says they are fully equipped has the basics. This place does!

Very disappointing
From first appearances, the house appears very nice. The layout is very nice. The upstairs bedroom is lovely. And of course it is Cape May so who can complain about that. But it didn’t take us long to realize that the home was quite dirty inside. The kitchen countertops were gritty and there were several sticky areas. The floor was not clean. The shower curtains in both bathrooms were mildewy. There were only three of us and I never had a hot shower because there was never enough hot water. The owner had rugs all over the place, but I quickly learned that they were very dirty. We had to buy swifter refills to clean the floors. We did this the first day we were there and it was amazing how dirty the swifter pads were. I even washed the shower curtains and plastic liners because they were so filled with mildew! The refrigerator and freezer were dirty as well. The inside of the microwave was dirty There was some sort of black stuff in the freezer. And whoever was there before us left a tub of frozen ice cream and a big frozen gallon of milk. I thought we were supposed to remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer? Apparently the people before us did not. I don’t believe that the place was Covid safe. There were tapes across the toilet seats as if it had been fully cleaned and sanitized but clearly this was fake. There was hair in the tub!! More than one key would’ve been good. Very busy area with lots of traffic, so don’t expect to keep windows open at night. Very close to the fire hall station so expect to hear fire alarms often. I love Cape May but I would never stay at this place again. I’ve been Cape May 5 times now and this is the first time I’ve had this kind of a disappointing accommodation experience. I think whatever cleaners the owner is using… the are not cleaning.
Property was as described in the listing. The neighborhood was very nice and very close to the beach. Had to communicate a couple times with the homeowner and it was very easy. We totally recommend this property!
We enjoyed our stay in Cape May. House was nice and was conveniently located. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor shower was very nice. I was a little surprised that linens were not provided. Also was not prepared to provide our own cleaning. Not necessarily a problem, but would have preferred to know that in advance of booking
Great spot, walkable to everything, fresh, new and clean!
My teenage daughters and I rented for a week and loved it. Duckies farm market (DEFINITELY get the key lime pie) is literally a 30 second walk and fresh seafood down the street is a minute walk in the other direction. Westside Market is also down the street and a nice spot. Home is exactly in the pics with a generous kitchen, clean fresh bathrooms and had excellent communication with property manager/owner. Highly recommend
This house is great if you want a peaceful stay in Cape May. It is close enough to the main shopping and the CVS but you don’t have all the people that make staying in town feel less relaxed. There is a great breeze and the many windows allow you to take advantage of that. Nearby: two farmer’s markets on the street, Ostara’s Coffee and West End Marketplace (10 min walk), Panico’s Pizza (5 min walk), Bella Vida Cafe (5 min walk). Cape May Lighthouse and nature observatory are a short drive away.
This house felt brand new, with a nice kitchen, and good bathrooms. The loft bedroom upstairs was very spacious, although there is not a door, so you hear noise coming from downstairs. However, the downstairs is also very good, with a queen and a twin bunk bed in the two bedrooms, so parents can be upstairs, and kids can be downstairs, with their own bathroom. The outdoor shower was great to have, and there is a bbq and picnic table with umbrella as well. There are places to hang beach towels outside, and other chairs to sit in. Overall, I would totally recommend this house. It is easy to bike or drive to the nearest beaches. And, the farmer's market is within walking distance and it 3 minutes away!!
We were hesitant about traveling during Covid, but were pleased to find this house very clean, with plastic covers over the mattresses and pillows. We just did a quick wipe of everything in all the rooms just in case.
We are a family of 4, with 2 adult children and the size of the house worked well for us. We liked the modern decor with touches like dimmers on all the light switches and also the combination air conditioner and heater units. We also enjoyed the beachy decorations (starfish, seahorses, etc..) all around to make us feel like we were on vacation! Tania was pleasant to deal with and helpful in answering our questions.
We loved everything about our three week stay at this property. The house was the perfect size for my family of 5. It was big enough for us to spread out when needed and small enough to easily keep clean. The location was perfect - we could ride bikes to the beach and a 20 minute walk to Washington St. mall or a 10 minute walk to get pizza or ice-cream on Sunset & Broadway. So glad we "ran away" to West Cape May. Clean, cute and comfy is how I would sum up the house.
We were extremely pleased with this property and hope to return there again. It was a beautiful house, inviting and comfortable. Owners are so pleasant to deal with. Definitely gets five stars from us.
We loved it. Right across the street, practically, from the firehouse/farmer's market. It was great
We really enjoyed our stay here. A little more further out from Washington Street than we normally stay, but it wasn't a detriment at all. We could still easily bike to everything we wanted to and the beach was an easy ride.
The mattresses were comfy (which is not normally something you think about for a rental, but definitely appreciated). Our family situation would've been better for 2 twin beds in the one room instead of bunk beds, but we made it work with an air mattress; I knew about the bunk beds going in due to the listing and prepared for it. I also do think a clothesline in the backyard would be a great addition for drying towels and bathing suits, but that is a minor complaint. Overall, 110/100, would recommend. We had a great week!
