House was filthy when we arrived . The host was constantly calling me and texting me at 4 AM in the morning. there was no working smoke alarms. The couches were stained. Would never stay there again or at any of her properties.
A lot of smoke alarms look like they used to be there, but not hooked up.

Less is more

To start with, there are way too many rules in place for the property. The thermostat was under lock and key. The thermostat was set for 75 and during the summertime in Texas is WAY TO HIGH. There were rules of no shoes permitted, and roaches.
