Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally -located place. Junction of 60/Hwy cc. Walmart is 7 miles , general dollar store is two blocks :-) our little river town on the border, Seneca is only 5 miles. We’re literally central to reach in one hour Bella Vista, Arkansas, one and a half hours Tulsa Oklahoma, or 25 minutes to Joplin and it’s a great place to visit.

We love to meet and greet people or we will give you your space with the coded entry.. I love telling Jim what to build and he just does it and he’s very good at it. That’s all folks come and see us. You won’t be disappointed.

The Neighborhood is country folks who get along well, country schools still going the dollar store and 60 highway which leads to Neosho, Seneca, or grand Lake

Our two bedroom little House is very nice with comfortable beds, privacy patio outback quick often on to Bella Vista, Arkansas, Tulsa, Oklahoma, or Joplin, great place clean!
