Nestled within the exclusive, gated Rocky Ridge community, this 2,000+ sq. ft. home perfectly balances modern comfort with classic mountain charm. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the lake or hitting the nearby slopes, this is your basecamp for year-round memories.

Our open-concept, two-story layout is designed for groups and families, comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests:

Bedroom 1: Primary suite with a King bed and remodeled ensuite bath.

Bedroom 2: Guest suite with a King bed.

Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds.

Bedroom 4: Versatile sleeping with a Bunk Bed and an additional twin trundle, for a total of 3 beds.

The heart of the home features vaulted mountain-style ceilings and a magnificent rock fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for post-ski relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen (seating for 10) makes group dining a breeze.

Rocky Ridge is a gated 60-acre community in Tahoe City bordering State Forest land, offering immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails. Residents and guests enjoy premium amenities, including two seasonal swimming pools and spas, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, Bocce Ball, and a private beach with a pier, clubhouse, and volleyball court.

Our open-concept, two-story rentals feature vaulted mountain-style ceilings, rock fireplaces, and fully equipped kitchens. Each unit includes high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and all linens. Please note that homes are equipped with central heat and fans, as A/C is uncommon in the Tahoe area.

Great view and nice unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been visiting Rocky Ridge for over 25 years and have stayed in many different condos. The view and location on this unit is great. They need to have a few more seating options & update the outdoor furniture on the top deck as two of the chairs were unstable and need patio furniture on the bottom deck so its useable. Also, need bear mats on lower deck so the doors and windows can be left open.

Property needs a little updating and one of patio chairs was broken and almost caused an accident. Power went out for 6-1/2 hours and there were no candles or lanterns on site. Entrance gate was not operational during power outage.
