The online check-in process did not work. I was asked to scan my ID several times and it would never work. I had to stay on the phone a long time with someone to verify my identity by me, emailing pictures of my ID to the person. We finally got a code to the front door that did not work. We had to text them again and they gave me an emergency code that finally worked. The keypad was obviously losing battery power and I reported it early, but the batteries were never replaced. I’m giving it a solid 4 because everything else was OK other than the check-in process which was not good.

We’ve had maintenance replace and test the keypad batteries and lock so codes are delivered and work reliably. We’ve also escalated the ID‑scan issue with our check‑in provider and are reviewing our verification procedures so extended phone verification is minimized and our team can resolve issues more quickly. The condo was nice. Carpet needs replaced in bedroom. Master bath shower doesn’t get hot. Electrical outlets need changed. They are broken and plugs won’t even stay in

Great location but the check in process was poor

Overall the location and unit were fine. The only 2 issues were hair in the master shower and the shower drips when shut off. The check in process is very archaic. I’ve never had to go to another location to get the parking passes. Not convenient and they didn’t have ours when we arrived.

The view is gorgeous! But the beds aren’t comfortable.

The view of the beach is gorgeous! The furniture outside on the patio was rusty. The mattress on the bed was hard and not comfortable. And the “bedding” for the pull out sofa bed didn’t actually fit the mattress on the sofa. The condo itself was the perfect size for my family of 3. We stayed for a whole week, the check in and out process was super easy! Access to the beach or the pool was easy and not super crowded! Tons of restaurants near by and places to shop! I really enjoyed the fact they had a vacuum cleaner in a closet so I was able to vacuum from coming in from the beach! Truly my only real complaint was the beds being uncomfortable.
