4th floor with balcony view of ocean and end wall with dining area view to the south. Quiet neighborhood and area not fully booked the last week of August so not crazy busy neighborhood. Walk out of stairwell right to walkway to ocean. Great overall stay!!!

Great location. Step right onto the beach. Corner unit so great views ocean front and side views also. Clean. Easy check in. Host accommodating with check in and responded quickly to questions. Elevator access and foot wash a plus.

Great place too relax!

Loved the location and the owner is awesome! The cleaning crew could do better. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and Wawa. I think the only thing I would add is tv’s to the bedrooms. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Vacation!

Our condo was exactly as advertised-convenient to everything and spectacular ocean views! Nikki was an excellent host who continuously answered any questions we had. The condo was clean and well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We definitely plan to return!

The unit was just as advertised. Very clean and family friendly. We knew the area prior to heading down, so no surprises there. Nikki was fabulous with answering my questions almost immediately! We would definitely stay there again.

Great location however the unit was not particularly clean. Cushions on furniture look very tired and not so clean. Sheets and towels were on the list of imenites and there were none to be found. We had to go out and buy our own!Kitchen and bathrooms were clean however floors were obviously not clean. Not worth the price for this unit unless all that you care about is location.

Condo was filthy & rundown.

We found the unit to be very dirty when we arrived. We were advised by the owner to let her know if the unit was not cleaned. However, we weren't able to check in until 4 pm & given our past experiences with the cleaning services that most rentals use, it made no sense to us to request the cleaning service come back & re-clean the unit. They should be made clean the unit correctly their first time. I am 100% positive that if we had them come back, the unit would have been no cleaner. So, we spent 3-4 hours cleaning before we could unpack & relax.

This condo is so awesome! Perfect location, beautiful beach, excellent amenities in the condo. Super close to grocery stores and activities. Literally the best beach vacation I've ever had. And the property owner was very responsive and awesome. Book this place, you won't regret it.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean and the kitchen had been updated nicely. It was advertised as 2 queen beds in guest bedroom but they are actually full beds. We had brought queen sheets which worked fine just tucking them in a bit. Great views of the ocean from the balcony. There is no handicapped ramp to elevator. You have to go up about 4 steps. Nikki was a great communicator even though her handyman never showed to fix the screen in the front door. Be sure and bring everything with you as no starter items are provided as in dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc. You might have to ask Nikki how to get dvr to work. We couldn’t figure it out but we didn’t really need it.

Great location!

The best things about this property are the location (beachfront and corner unit), and Nikki's attentiveness and responsiveness. The only negatives are we thought it could have been cleaner (seemed dusty and cobwebs in windows), a very stubborn toilet flushing mechanism in the second bedroom, and a leaky dishwasher. Nikki was made aware of the toilet and dishwasher and was planning to handle both. She also had a couple of beach chairs delivered for our use during the stay, which was very nice. The building itself could use some updates but overall it was a good week. Thanks, Nikki, for your communication!

Steps to the beach and amazing view!

What an amazing week! We spent our days on the beach and evenings cooking meals at the condo - staying far away from the crowds due to the pandemic. The condo was perfect for our family and we will definitely consider returning for another beach stay! We were easily able to access the TV streaming programs (the kids loved) and the kitchen has everything you would need for cooking. Nikki quickly helped resolve some minor maintenance issues related to the screen door (windy so close to the ocean) and was quick to respond to questions. The sliding glass door is difficult to slide open/closed and I wish the balcony set was more compact. But you canNOT beat the view, the sound of the ocean, and this nicely upgraded condo! Thanks for a perfect week away!

Awesome view of the ocean

Loved the location ( away from the boardwalk), but was a quiet neighborhood & the ocean views were awesome. My husband & I were sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean one day & unexpectedly fell asleep listening to the waves! The kitchen has been remodeled & is very nice. .The sliders need work, they are very hard to open & close.. But generally the condo was comfortable.

Comfortable

Location is great. Still a work in progress but comfortable. Beds are actually doubles in 2nd bedroom but due to the height of the mattresses need queen size sheets. Couldn’t use the deck, as furniture too large and no room to move around. Any issues were corrected quickly by owner. Maintenance is still needed but things are getting upgraded. Master bedroom was fine and bed was comfortable. Would consider using the unit again

My family has been vacationing in ocean city in this very condo for 35 years. My very best memories are there. My husband even proposed to me right on the beach. Now my kids are getting to experience some of my same childhood memories.

What makes this property unique

One of the many benefits of this location is not only the easy beach access, close by amenities, and views, but also the recreation park just across the street. There are always lots of fun and free activities, including fireworks, sporting events, concerts, and exercise.
