The Tiny Home is completely fenced off from the main house and is 100% private. There is a private entrance located on the left side of the house. See the fence with the sign, Ocean Breeze. The Tiny Home is in the back.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a living area designed for relaxation. Sink into the plush sofas in the TV area, where you can unwind with your favorite shows or movies. Matt’s place was awesome, and he was a great host. Got right back to us with questions and very easy to deal with. The tiny home was perfect for two people and in a great neighborhood. We saw a momma deer and her babies everyday.
