What a delightful place! We (two couples) spent three days here, walking the beach, sitting on the patio, and cooking the fresh seafood we bought in the area. Our hosts were extremely responsive when we had a couple of questions and could not have been more helpful. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. The location is perfect!

Such a beautiful location!! Stayed for 5 nights with my boyfriend and 2 dogs and never had any issues! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals! Loved the appliances they had and well stocked with plenty of towels! House was clean and felt very taken care of. It was so amazing being able to wake up the the beach sunrise each morning 10/10 would recommend to any looking to stay in rockaway beach! I feel the price was absolutely a steal for everything this home and location have to offer! Communication with the host was always great and they were very responsive! They also don’t have some crazy checkout list and they actually want you to enjoy your last morning Thank you surfs edge!!

Just what we were looking for! The location on the beach was the best! The house was clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed and more. We had a group of 8 to include 2 small children and a dog. We are already talking about our next trip. The memories we made there were priceless. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely rent this place again.

I'm genuinely sad to leave this beautiful home. It was the perfect spot to stay while exploring the coast. Everything was comfortable and clean and the house had really good vibes. The views were stunning and such a treat to wake up to every morning . We were only four and a dog but could have easily had double and still have been comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The location was hands down amazing. Right in the middle of town, the ocean IS the back yard and walking distance from shops and restaurants. The house was spacious & beautiful! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, circular bathtubs, games, puzzles and ping pong in the garage. The owner/managment were engaged but not overbearing and we will DEFINITELY book here again!!

Property was absolutely perfect! Only complaint is cleanliness. The flatware, plates, and glasses all had to be washed before we could use them. I even had to wash the filthy drawer holder for the flatware. When grabbing plates, bowls they were either covered in puddles of water or crumbs. You need to do a complete checklist of items needed to be checked before your next guest. Also check in was never send code for the lock. Had to call customer care and wait several minutes before getting the code. Other than that! Property had the best view! Comfy clean beds! Perfect location! This house is build solid and keeps out the drafts and moisture of most beach homes. I would stay here again!!
