Home Away From Home

This residence is near a lot of shops and restaurants. Everything is as described in description. Very nice clean and a perfect little getaway; will definitely book again when I come back to Houston

Things Could Have Been Better

On check-in day, take-out containers with old food and alive flies found in oven. Human hair and at least 3 small dead roaches seen on the floor throughout the apartment.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not RecommendI had a highly unsatisfactory stay at this property and would not recommend it to anyone. The host was unresponsive and even blocked me when I tried to address my concerns. Additionally, the phone number listed was incorrect, and despite paying extra for early check-in, I never received the necessary check-in information. I had to make a call to get the details.To make matters worse, the property was misrepresented. It was advertised as a condo, but upon arrival, I found it to be just an apartment. The safety of the property was also a major issue—when I arrived, the door was unlocked, which was extremely unsettling. There was a strong smell of weed in the unit, and trash was left outside the door. The hallway was infested with cockroaches, and to top it off, I found bullet shell casings on the floor.This property is not safe, nor is it suitable for families, particularly those with young children. i would not say this is a gated community but more part of gated parking lot. I strongly advise against staying here unless these issues are addressed.
