There is a full laundry and half bath on this floor in addition to a primary king ensuite on the main floor.

This beach home has been professionally decorated to ensure the most memoriable family holiday experience! The living area has a stunning two-story vaulted ceiling with large, architectural windows, gas fireplace and Sonos in-ceiling sound system. There are french doors that lead to a cozy, 12x14 back yard deck with comfy lounging area and high top dining table that seats four. The rear yard and gardens are professionally landscaped and perfect for your afternoon cocktails, morning coffee and just relaxing after a day at the beach. There is in-ceiling Sonos system on the main floor. Just off the living area is a beautifully furnished deck with cozy seating areas overlooking the professionally landscaped rear yard with 7 foot privacy fencing (fully enclosed if you are bringing your furry friend).

The first floor primary suite is simply luxurious with sliding glass doors to the lower level deck overlooking the landscaped yard. This ensuite has a king bed and two walk in closets.

The second floor has beautiful wood floors in the open concept den with stylish furnishings and and in-ceiling Sonos sound system. There is a beautiful second primary suite with king bed and en-suite bath. This suite has sliding glass doors that open to a private second story covered porch overlooking the rear yard. This floor also includes a bedroom with one queen bed and and another with a King and Twin bed. Both of these rooms share a hall bath.

We are open year round so you can always come back for a visit in the fall or winter when Rehoboth and Dewey host numerous festivals including the annual Jazz Festival, Chocolate Festival and infamous film festival. There is something or everyone year round in our charming beach town.

Guests provide sheets, kitchen, bath and beach towels, all soap and paper products.

Rates Oct to April 30 are for up to 7 guests. Each addition guest is $45 per night (except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years).

We are dog friendly! $250/week for one dog, $500/week for two dogs.

PLEASE NOTE: VRBO charges a 3% fee for credit card or debit card (E-Check) payments. This is a pass-through charge to tenants and will be deducted from the Security Deposit.

We require all guests to purchase accidental damage insurance for their stay, which is a minimal investment that provides you with $3000 of coverage for the unlikely event that damage should occur to the property during your stay. Please ask for more information.
