(A 10 percent discount is given for 7 or more nights, with the exception of peak season.) Watch as occasional International ships pass your "window on the sea" ---with seaside less that 100 feet from your huge balcony--- as they enter St.Simons Island Sound enroute to Brunswick Harbor. From the large lanai/balcony. and from the den, master bedroom, or pool area, observe dophins playing in the Atlantic. This top floor condo (Penthouse) is part of a 14 unit condo complex (Pier Pointe) with gated entrances but no obstructions between it and the beautiful Ocean. (Please note, this condo is on the third floor & is accessible only by stairs.) The Pool is also ocean side. Swedish beech wood covers all floors with the exception of the baths, where solid porcelain tile abounds. All counter tops in baths and in the kitchen are beautifully enhanced with granite. A genuine leather sofa and loveseat complement your desire for seaside comfort. Enjoy fishing from the nearby Pier, walking miles of beaches (accessible in front of this complex)or shopping or dining in the neighboring "Village", famous for its quaint shops and restaurants! Please note: This condo is one of 2 units in this complex with a full-size ocean side balcony/lanai. (It is the only one of this larger size on the third/top floor.) The views are breathtaking, and, in fact, this very balcony was featured in the November, 2014, issue of a popular travel magazine.

Beautiful Condo

We truly enjoyed this condo. It was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. We loved the balcony right on the water and the proximity to town was wonderful for being able to walk to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it!

Wonderful views of the pier and the most gorgeous sunsets you’ve ever seen. Also loved that we could walk to dinner or shopping and not have to worry about finding a parking spot. It was a great place to stay!

SSI paradise

This is the 2nd year we've stayed at Pier Point (different unit). Perfect location!!! The view from this unit was marvelous!! Can't wait for next May to get here so we can go back!

This is a lovely condo in a great location. It is roomy and is well equipped. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's close to the pier, a park, and a walkway along the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time at St. Simons Island!

Anniversary/summer vacation

This is our third trip to Saint Simons Island and second time staying at Pier Pointe. We absolutely love it. The location is perfect. It is right next to the pier and walking distance to great restaurants. While at the condo, we spent most of our time on the balcony. The big ships coming and going is quite a site to see.

Terrific third floor unit (no elevator but it was a short walk), beautiful direct ocean view from an amazing balcony. Very clean and well decorated! Will stay again.

Overall great condo. Only con is be aware there is no elevator and unit is on third floor. Made it a little more difficult for some of our family.

It is the most beautiful location in the world! As a world traveler, this quaint village rivals the finest ocean side resorts in any country.

What makes this property unique

Ocean watching! Daily Beach-walking! Reading! Entertaining family and friends! Shopping! Dining out! Golfing! Playing tennis! Learning more about the fascinating history of the Georgia Coastal Islands, the setting of many novels by former resident and author Eugenia Price. Meandering through frequent outdoor art and antique exhibits in Neptune's Park in the "Village" area. Listening to occasional melodies wafting through the ocean breeze via symphonic mini concerts in the Lighthouse area. My grandchildren enjoy the beach, shell hunts, swimming, and playing in the adjacent park. They occasionally enjoy trips to a water slide theme park on Jekyll Island, about 20 minutes away.
