About this property

WALK to City Center! Elevator & 2 BDRMS just off Main St.

Professionally decorated and newly furnished apartment steps to Helen City Center! In minutes you can be in the center of all the hustle of the shopping district or back at the apartment relaxing either indoors or out on either of the two screened in porches. Easily prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen with plenty of room to cook and dine.
Two ensuite bedrooms are located on the third floor and if needed an elevator is available to drop you off directly in one of the bedrooms. These rooms are situated apart from each other to provide plenty of privacy. Each room has access to its own private bathroom. Should extra sleeping space be needed, the comfortable new sectional opens into a queen size bed.
This elegantly decorated home is the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day!

NOTE:
-The HOA has a strict NO PET policy that we must adhere to. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- We do require guests to sign a separate Rental Agreement if staying at one of our properties.

Stephen was a wonderful host with timely communication that I appreciated! The unique home was full of charm, a quiet in-town neighborhood that was easy to walk to shops and restsurants. I LOVED using the elevator and hot tub that was enclosed on the private deck!I plan on returning with friends in the future for another mountain getaway.

Stopped in Helen for a night on our way back home. Stephen was a great a communicator and the place was clean and close to everything in town. Would have been a great place to spend multiple days.

Properly so nice

We only visited helen for one night, I wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the comfort of this house. Everything was very comfortable, clean, amazing view and location, everything was very close and we could visit everything within walking distance. highly recommended.

Perfect condo in Helen!

This property was not only the perfect location in Helen, but it was the perfect property to enjoy time together and have room to spread out. The elevator made the condo so much more accessible for anyone who might struggle with stairs. The owner was very helpful and communicated with us at every step. If you are planning to go to Helen, I would highly recommend this property.
