Mtn & Lake View/Hot Tub/Rustic Chic Interior/Wi-Fi
When you want it all, "Royal Views" is the cabin for you. This cabin's name says it all… Located in the heart of the highly desirable Glory Mountain Area, Royal Views blissful setting overlooks the idyllic scenery of the Great Smoky Mountains and Fontana Lake, framed by miles of both short, and long-range mountain and lake views.
New Owners have spared no expense to refresh the Cabin inside and out.
After a day of Mountain and Lake activities, your entire group can reunite and continue to experience their vacation from the most comfortable vantage point. Enjoy the views and fresh mountain air while watching for native birds around the property’s blossoming rhododendrons and hummingbird bushes. "Royal Views” Cabin also has a fantastic outdoor area, tastefully landscaped and terraced offering several areas of useable space. While relaxing on the expansive deck, listen for the sounds of the scenic train as it Choo Choo's across the bridge and over the Lake, on its way between Bryson City and the N.O.C. The Hot Tub (Newly Upgraded in 2023) is spacious enough for your entire group and offers views of the Mountains, Lake, Stars, and in the summer, your private Firefly show. Although the hot tub is open to the Spectacular Views, at the same time it is completely secluded... Indoors, Royal Views takes full advantage of every vista with plenty of picture windows and an impressive wall of glass in the great room. The open floor plan is spacious but exudes warmth and coziness thanks to the large roaring fireplace and thoughtfully chosen, well-appointed, premium furnishings and décor. Here, rustic elegance is the look, and total comfort is the feel. In the event you may need to stay connected, browse the internet, and email everyone to let them know how much you are enjoying yourselves, (Royal Views offers unlimited WiFi use, which is rare in rural areas). Continuing on the main level you’ll find a kitchen that has everything the aspiring chef needs. With a breakfast bar big enough for several people, there’s plenty of room for Guests to gather round. Adjacent to this area is even more seating with a dining table accommodating six. The master bedroom is just off of the main living area and has its own private bathroom, comfortable king bed, and TV. The queen bedroom is on the opposite end of the cabin offering complete privacy, adjacent full bathroom, luxury linens, satellite TV, and is ideal for 2 couples. Royal Views will make it easy to leave the daily stress of life behind. It has all that you’ll need to make your vacation memorable and provides all of the simple, peaceful pleasures to help you connect with nature and reconnect with family and friends.
Please let us know if you are interested in arranging convenience services, such as: ... Shopping service. If you would like to arrive at the Cabin with your Groceries already stocked, ask for details, we will have everything waiting for you upon your arrival. ... If you would like to enjoy a Spa Massage Service at the Cabin, it is a good idea to book in advance to assure availability. Your Professional Massage Therapist will come to you, so when you are done, they quietly disappear and leave you to relax! ... If your vacation dates are during 'Season' or Holidays and you plan to rent a pontoon or fishing boat, it may be a good idea to reserve in advance. Lake Fontana and the shore line is primarily Nantahala National Forest, or is part of The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, which is Federally owned, so the Lake is never 'Busy', but the few available rental boats do get booked up.

Royal Views is a very comfortable and cozy cabin with wonderful mountain vistas in the distance. We enjoyed our stay here very much - especially the cooler temperatures compared to where we live. The cabin was fully equipped, and communication with the property manager was excellent. Highly recommend this get-away location!

The name Royal Views is suiting
The cabin was very cozy with spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The drive into Bryson City and Cherokee was short, so its location was ideal for our plans. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and am looking forward to future stays as well.

Dear Carol,
Thank You so much for your kind compliments! The cabin owners do have fabulous taste and they go above and beyond to make sure that Guests have everything they could want (including the Rustic/Mountain ambiance with modern conveniences and comforts)!
Sincerely, Kathleen - Property Manager
Amazing views and as described. This getaway was exactly what we were hoping for.
We ended up spending more time at the cabin than sightseeing, but the trips to Clingman's dome and Biltmore were pretty easy. The deck was perfect for taking in the clouds in the morning and sunsets in the evening. We would try and stay here again if we make it back to the Bryson City area
Beautiful cabin in remote area on Glory Mountain. The views were breathtaking and just what we were looking for and more than we expected. The historic town of Bryson
City is quaint and worth the. Shout out to Cardinal Coffee shop near by for a quaint experience and delicious beverages.
We stayed here late, December 2024. The cabin that is almost on top of the mountain. The road is steep dirt. AWD or 4x4 is needed. Undisclosed to us until only a few hours before we arrived was the road leading to the cabin was being "fixed" up with large stones. Other than the road to the cabin. Wonderful place.
This was a perfect mountain cabin for a couple, or a small family of 4. Remote, but not too much so. The road is very well maintained and we had no trouble getting there in our Rav 4. The view is amazing. The hot tub worked perfectly, as did the gas fireplace and grill. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. Overall, easily one of the best experiences I've had and I would highly recommend staying here.
Our week stay was wonderful. Very comfy bed and living space. Able to use gas fire place briefly on a couple of chilly mornings. Enjoyed hot tub. Drive up mountain was better than expected, no problems in our AVD SUV, Great views. Would love a home like this for permanent residence!! Planning to come back next year.

Sad to leave...
Driving up the driveway the first time was not for the faint of heart, but once inside we were blown away! This cabin is gorgeous and provided a beautiful respite from the everyday hustle of life. The fireplace, the view, the hot tub- none of us wanted to leave! We can’t wait to come back for a longer stay next year. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Hello Allen, We hope you will be back very soon! Kathleen
Very clean, wonderful views and lots of privacy. Roads in the development allow a hiking experience from the cabin. Hot tub was great! Limited cellular data so no tv streaming available but there is satellite subscription.
Million dollar views are plentiful from this cabin. You can sit in the hot tub here and see what most folks will only get to see from a Blue Ridge Parkway pulloff. Enjoy the isolation and refresh beside a loved one. It's the way to enjoy this property.
A stop by Cardinal Coffee at the bottom of the hill is a must. You'll be glad you did.
Downtown Bryson City is close enough and very walkable, so plan a day there for sure, but note this cabin's seclusion is earned by a lengthy ingress and egress, so plan your trips wisely.
This place was just perfect!! You cannot get a better view I mean just amazing! We stayed here the first week of November. There was still a lot of color on the tress but a lot of leaves had already fallen off the rest. It was clean and cozy. I do wish there was a fire pit for those cold evenings but I understand why. I forgot my hairdryer so make sure you bring one there was not one provided :(. The location is perfect. Close to Bryson city and Gatlinburg. The roads a quite narrow Ana steep so bring a 4wd!! Definitely a MUST see!!
As I was told before booking the property, the views here are absolutely gorgeous! I do recommend it all wheel, drive, or four-wheel-drive, to make it up the mountain. Once you’re there, the home is very comfortable and again the views are amazing! I thought it was secluded, but there was a house right in front of the house we stayed in and we could hear people in the Jacuzzi. Which was a bit disappointing. I always like to book a very private area to where I don’t hear any neighbors. All I hear is nature. Unfortunately, that wasn’t quite the case I heard the neighbors. But trying to overlook that everything was good again the views are amazing !!!
Property is lovely! We enjoyed the amazing views and huge windows, comfy beds, tons of cozy blankets, cleanliness, and ease of parking. Our pups were so happy and enjoyed the ample deck! The robes in the master are a nice touch!
The hot tub was an issue - not clean. We called on Friday for service, and the house management company responded quickly - which we appreciateed. However, the grounds/upkeep associate did not do a thorough job, so we were unable to use it on two of three days of our stay. Because booking a cabin with a hot tub was a top priority, I was disappointed.
Additionally, the glassware situation was lacking. There were no wine glasses, flutes, or tumblers. Our family makes special, long-time traditional drinks and cocktails for the holidays, so we were a bit disappointed.
Overall, we had a lovely time. Thanks so much!!
This home definitely doesn't fall short on anything,
Everything was simply amazing, My parents and I will have lots of great memories. The only thing that needed attention was the master shower had some black mold in the corners and the bottom of the door, needed a liymore detail to cleaning,

Hello Sheila, So glad to hear how much you enjoyed your stay at Royal Views (well, except for that 1 "issue"). Every time I walk in the door, I am in awe all over again.
I searched for the dark spot/discoloration you mentioned, and I could not find anything. Maybe cleaning got there before your review posted, or maybe the grout was wet, IDK.
If there are any areas we can improve upon, we appreciate knowing about it. Maybe an email next time? Much quicker that way.
Again, many thanks! Kathleen and the entire Team
This was one of the Best stays ever. It exceeded our expectations in all ways. The house was beautiful, clean, well equipped, relaxing. The view from the deck was stunning. And the stars at night were spectacular.
The area was quiet and peaceful. It was a wonderful stay.
Views are Royal, even at night! Saw two shooting stars within 5 minutes. Wonderful adult getaway! Coffee shop on the corner, train not far. Comfy king, open floorplan. Bring your own water/coffee. Excellent customer service by Steve.
Stayed at Royal Views for a birthday vacation. Loved the view from the cabin! Cabin had everything that we needed. Bed was comfy and the views form the balcony were breathtaking!
