About the host
Hosted by Brandi Watts
I moved to Portland three years ago. I travel for work and would love to share my space with fellow travelers while I’m gone. I feel very lucky to live and such a walkable inviting neighborhood.
Why they chose this property
Small town city living. I never have to leave my neighborhood for groceries, bars, coffee, restaurants, wine, hikes (Mt. Tabor). Public transportation is frequent and easy up-and-down division Street. Strolling around the neighborhood is like being in a botanical garden. Always stop and smell the roses.
What makes this property unique
My property is a newer development in a tight knit community with five other condos. The condo has more modern amenities than most properties in Portland. Also, this is my primary residence. It’s not a full-time Airbnb. I will do my best to accommodate your traveling needs/wants. I do expect for you to be respectful of the space in my neighbors when renting this property. If the space is not taken care of, I will not be able to continue to rent it out of respect for my neighbors. It’s a really cool area and I really am looking forward to sharing it with Portland travelers!
