Are you looking for a calming refuge to enjoy the Vineyard but also want to be close to the island's best restaurants and shopping? This house is the best of both!

This ''sun drenched'' two bedroom home is nestled off a quiet road, but a short distance (3 miles) from the Chappy Ferry to Edgartown. It's also minutes away from the beach and great Chappy fishing (1.5 miles to East Beach). The large deck is ideal for relaxing with family/friends and grilling meals. The house has both a front yard and back yard.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom. The living room is perfect for relaxing, watching a movie or playing a game on the game table.

We fell in love with the Vineyard almost 10 years ago. We were engaged, married and honeymooned at the Vineyard. Favorite thing to do at the vineyard: Day at the beach on Chappy - fishing, picnics and swimming.
