Peaceful and private 1500 square foot,3 BR/2 Bath, one level home 5 minutes from Madeira Beach! The home includes a beautifully updated, fully equipped eat in kitchen with ample cabinets and a solid surface countertop that leads to the back yard with an inground pool, gazebo and a patio with a BBQ grill. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, wall mounted TV, spacious closets and an updated master bath which leads directly into the inground pool. Bedroom 2 and 3 are spacious with wall mounted TV's with a queen size bed in one room, and (2) full size beds in the other. The living area is situated at the front of the home with 2 standard size couches with one being a pull out bed. The rental is equipped with the necessary kitchen, bath, pool and beach accessories for full enjoyment.
