It was very easy to check in and out. The location made it convenient to get to all of the places we wanted to visit, and was sirprisingly quiet for being on a main road!

This home is even better than advertised. Very clean and exceptionally well equipped, Management has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. I especially enjoyed the exceptional toiletries and large fluffy towels. We will definitely return and highly recommend this property. Tatiana is very responsive and obviously cares about her property and guests.

Our stay was amazing! The house had plenty of room for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. House was very clean and had everything we needed. It was convenient to all of our destinations. The neighborhood does look a little rough but it was a very quiet neighborhood. We would stay again for sure !

Great Windcrest location

Great size and really open living area. Owners were very responsive to an issue we had. Property is on a main road so traffic noise is a bit loud, but an overall great stay!

Great stay for the price!

It’s in a rural area, right off a main road. The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest. Did feel safe inside with the security system though! Inside was really nice, felt like good quality for the price. A few small things- dishwasher smelled like sewage, broken handle on the trash can, not great pans, and the backyard is shared with the other unit which I didn’t realize for booking with our dogs. Our dogs don’t get along great with other dogs so I was nervous about the other unit having pets but it didn’t end up being an issue. Owner communicated well. Would stay here again!

Be aware that driving into neighborhood was sketchy, but i was willing to overlook it because it was in vicinity of business contract. When I entered, the entire place smelled musty and the bathroom smelled of urine. I washed the shower curtains because they smelled as though they were wet and never dried properly, causing a yellow stain on the curtains. I communicated this to owner.I had to purchase aerosol spray to mask the odors. The cleaning company came, cleaned and disenfected, added plugin in the bathroom. Though it was better, it still smelled as if there was urine on the wall by the toilet. I also relayed this, and was told that I had a very sensitive nose. When I got home, my clothes had the same musty odor from being hung in the closet.I was extremely unsatisfied.

Just Gorgeous

Well, I mean we were surprised once we walked into the home. While we were driving up to the neighborhood we became a bit skeptical. The house is located in a rural area which was a little nerve wrecking for the other couple in our party. Once we walked into the home the narrative changed completely. The house was designed to perfection and very welcoming! The home had everything you needed for your stay. Also, stores were near the home for your convenience. We would love to stay at this property again when we travel back to San Antonio. Thank you very much for clean, well designed home.
