Beautiful lake views from this 3-bedroom condo in Dewittville. This terrific property boasts an atmosphere that will make guests feel right at home. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and 1 twin bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The lakefront living room and loft provide additional comfort with a convertible full bed and futon respectively. Enjoy swimming pool, tennis court and pickleball court with advance notice required. Boat and kayak rentals available nearby. Unit is convenient to Chautauqua Institute or waterfront activities. Rentals are Sunday to Sunday please.

Excellent property. Several unopened boxed items that need attention. Spiral stairway could be a problem for some renters.

Sorry for the two unopened boxed items. They arrived later than scheduled after owner left. The cleaner was kind enough to bring them inside before you arrived to avoid damage or theft.
